In an annex, adjacent to the Villa and recently built, the brand new and professional kitchen and terrace for outdoor dining is located. In this annex there are two toilets available for guests. The swimming pool, adjacent to the villa, has a maximum depth of 1.40 meters and is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
