In the swimming pool
- Daily we will controlthe water
- We will sanitize all the swimming pool equipment
- The use of a bathing cup is compulsory
- Differrent way to enter and to exit
- Shower is compulsory befor bathing
ROOMS AND COMMON SPACES
For your rest
- Sanitizing plant extraordinary ventilation that is added to the periodic cleaning of filters
- Sanitize will be made with alcool 70° on surfaces, handholds, handrails, push-buttons, remote controls and any other objects
- Washing bed linen and bath high temperature with sterilizing products
- Special steam sanitization ( like always )
- Coffee Maker – change of cups and cleaning kettle at each arrival
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Eating and drinking safely
- Breakfast will be served on the table
- Every room change will be sanitized all surfaces
- Distance between tables and quota access to the breakfast room, balcony or lounge area accessible by turns
- Sanitization of cutlery and crockery with chlorine
GENERAL SERVICES
Supplies and organization
- Provision of DPI for staff (masks, gloves, gels)
- New organisation, requirements and health checks also for our suppliers
GUESTS SUGGESTIONS
- We hold together at least one meter away, not because of that we will make you feel less welcome
- Please wear a mask, if you have not we can provide you
- If you prefer, we may not tidy your room during your stay
- We invite you to opt for digital, even contactless
- Please attach your documents to proceed with a digital check-in
- Please follow the entry and exit route indicated by the signs
